These fruitcakes are moist, delicious, and naturally prepared using no artificial ingredients.
Luscious dried fruits, nuts and fine liqueurs, as well as unbleached flour, creamery butter, and fresh eggs are combined with care, making our cakes a delicious Vermont specialty.
The spirited cakes are wrapped in cheesecloth, brushed with their appropriate liqueur and allowed to rest so that the flavors can mellow and blend.
Teacakes contain very little or no alcohol and do not require cheesecloth, but are still baked using old fashioned fruitcake techniques and therefore will keep well, refrigerated, for two or three weeks after delivery.
